About Jeremy

Jeremy Sanders represents both corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership restructurings, entity formations, general corporate matters, and select civil litigation.  Based on his corporate and litigation background, he is often retained by small to mid-size companies to serve as their outside corporate counsel.

In his career, he has had the unique opportunity of representing clients as both a litigator and corporate attorney while practicing in some of the most reputable law firms in Houston.  During that time, he has represented a variety of individuals and corporations — from business owners and professional athletes to Fortune 100 companies and start-up ventures.  He has served as an advocate for these individual and corporate clients on a wide range of matters, ranging from corporate acquisitions and other related business transactions to complex commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Sanders has been a speaker on the energy industry and renewable energy-related topics and has served as an expert witness for business structuring issues in litigation proceedings.  He repeatedly has been listed in Texas Monthly as one of the leading young lawyers in Texas.
