Mr. Lusk is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a small business owner. He represents both small and large employers in the areas of agriculture, dairy, poultry and also represents many public entities that include city and county governments and school districts. Mr. Lusk is a frequent lecturer on workers’ compensation law. In addition, he is an adjunct professor of law at San Joaquin College of Law. He has previously taught through University of Phoenix, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Fresno Industrial Claims Association. Mr. Lusk also represents injured workers.
