About Jessica
Jessica Schneider is a passionate trial attorney with a longstanding commitment to representing clients in their family law matters involving divorce, custody, child support, parental rights, and property division. Jessica understands litigation can be a difficult and overwhelming time and strives to provide high-quality representation and guidance to each client from the time a case is initiated to the final trial.
Jessica discovered her passion for the law in 2008 while serving as a summer intern at the Bexar County Justice Center in their Family Violence Unit, where she prepared witnesses, police officers, and crime victims for trial. She then enrolled in the Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she discovered her desire to become a trial lawyer advocate for families and children.
Jessica focused on her passion for litigation at the Harris County Attorney’s Office, Protective Services Division, while she obtained her law degree. After graduating, Jessica continued to practice family law and gained extensive trial and litigation experience. She has successfully represented individuals and families in countless contested trials, hearings, and mediations.
