About Jim
James C. (Jim) Wyly, a co-founding member of the firm, graduated from the University of Oklahoma and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas. Jim has twenty years of experience focused solely upon litigation. He is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Texas. Most of Jim's cases come from referrals from other lawyers. Jim and his partner, Sean Rommel, were part of the lead counsel team to obtain the first certified nationwide class action in the State of Arkansas. They have also been in the lead counsel group on the largest jury verdicts and settlements in Miller County, Arkansas. Jim has been successfully involved in litigation from coast to coast.
