About JoAnne
JoAnne Garcia joined Atlas & Hall, L.L.P in August 2009 as an associate in the transactional section. Her main practice focuses on Wills, Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust law.
JoAnne is a native of the Rio Grande Valley. She was raised in Pharr, Texas and attended the University of Texas-Pan American where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accouting in 2006. She went on to receive her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 2009.
While in law school JoAnne participated in the Transnational Workers Rights Clinic as a Student Advocate and was member of the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy.
