"Attorney for Northwest EMS with linked document being related to a request for information pertaining to the termination of Northwest's Department Chief received by Northwest EMS. Northwest asserted the information at issue is excepted from disclosure under section 552.101 of the Government Code. The author of the document, Attorney of General Texas, asserted that Although section 552.101 is a mandatory exception to disclosure, because Northwest EMS did not submit the requested information for review, there was no basis for finding any of the information excepted from disclosure or confidential by law. Therefore the information was ordered released."
