After gaining experience at several law firms, John J. Bublewicz opened a solo practice in early 1991 which has since evolved into The Law Offices of John J. Bublewicz, maintaining two offices serving the Hamilton, Trenton, Hightstown, Princeton Junction and West Windsor areas. As an enthusiastic and dedicated civil litigator, John J. Bublewicz specializes in representing victims of personal injury, medical malpractice and work-related accidents. In addition, he also offers a wide range of services including residential real estate transactions, estate planning (Last Will and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Declarations and Guardianships), municipal court matters, as well as selected miscellaneous matters requiring a lawyer who is comfortable in the court room litigating. Unafraid of tough challenges, Mr. Bublewicz took on a large German tool manufacturer under New Jersey’s Product Liability Act representing an injured client in the case of Migliaccio v. Bosch. An iron worker injured his wrist while operating a hammer drill manufactured by defendant Bosch.The drill had an arm that had been removed by the general contractor. Bosch manufacturing company finally agreed to settle the case before jury selection, paying a substantial sum to avoid a trial. More importantly, the manufacturer changed the design of the drill so that a safety toggle switch prevents its use without the arm.
