John Holden has over twenty-five years of experience practicing employment and business law.

John Holden has experience advising employers in how to comply with anti-discrimination laws, accommodation and leave laws. He provides businesses with counsel on hiring and firing procedures, developing employment policies and handbooks, and dealing employment contracts.  John Holden has handled hundreds of EEO investigations for large corporations and worked resolving employee complaints.  He has also worked with corporations to develop strategies to ensure corporate compliance with state and federal employment laws.  John Holden also represents individuals, managers and executives with emloyment contracts, independent contract agreements, non-compete agreements and severance agreements.  

John Holden has represented businesses in commercial lease negotiations.  These negotiations involve retail space and commercial office space.  John Holden is able to provide his business clients with favorable lease terms which avoid litigation and provide economic savings to his clients.  His firm can help you review, draft and negotiate commercial property leases and agreements both for the tenant and landlord.

John Holden has represented business and individuals before administrative agencies and in both state and federal courts.  He has worked as in-house counsel for a international transporation company and as a contract attorney for a large airline.  He offers a select number of businesses general counsel legal services on a flat fee basis.

John Holden is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and did his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
