He is also a licensed title insurance agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. In addition to his private law practice, Colonel Dunlap serves as the State Judge Advocate of the Louisiana National Guard. He is the Senior Legal Advisor to the Adjutant General and advises the Governor's Office on military law and homeland security issues.
Mr. Dunlap is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts.
