John A. Fortuna is a partner of Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP. Mr. Fortuna joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 1999 with the formation of Rosenberg & Fortuna, LLP.
In addition to taking a leadership role in the development of Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP and the establishment of the firm’s vision, Mr. Fortuna has an active practice focused in commercial litigation, commercial transactional work in the fields of real estate and corporate law. Mr. Fortuna has also represented clients in Financial Industries Regulatory Authority arbitrations.
Mr. Fortuna acts as outside cousel for several privately owned businesses including prominent nationally franchised businesses, real estate brokerage and development companies, construction companies and restaurants. In his capacity as corporate counsel, Mr. Fortuna routinely advises clients regarding management and employee practices, and drafts policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements.
