John Gibbs concentrates his practice in the areas of consumer insurance fraud, personal injury, wrongful death and products liability. He represents victims of insurance fraud, those who have been injured in automobile wrecks or have suffered severe injuries or death from defective products. John is also involved in several mass tort pharmaceutical cases where individuals have suffered severe injuries from taking prescription medication. John was co-counsel in the landmark case against Whirlpool Corporation for fraud committed in the door-to-door sale of systems. The jury in this case returned a $581 million verdict against whirlpool.
