About John
John F. Madaio has been an attorney for 24 years and has practice law in all Massachusetts trial courts including the District, Superior and Probate Courts. He has handled numerous divorce cases, probate matters, criminal and civil trials as lead counsel. His presence and leadership, since joining the TEAM in January 2005, has tremendously benefited our clients. John heads the Probate & Family Law Department and is also active in all the firms' areas of practice.
Attorney Madaio graduated from North High School in Worcester, Massachusetts. He then received his undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, Massachusetts. John received his juris doctorate from the University of Loyola, New Orleans, Louisiana.
John is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association and has been for many years. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. John is a tireless community participant. He has been associated with and active in many civic and charitable organizations over the years including, Care for Children, where he chaired numerous committees, the Paxton Center School, where he volunteered his time as a basketball coach, the Knights of Columbus, where he helped to collect and distribute meals to those in need, and the Jesse Burkett Little League, where he was an active fundraiser and supporter of the league.
