Mr. Frye graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California - Davis in 1966 and received his Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of the Law in 1969. He has been a litigation attorney for more than 35 years and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California. Mr. Frye has a diverse litigation practice and has tried more than 100 jury trials in the state and federal courts, including personal injury, insurance bad faith, employment discrimination and professional negligence cases.
