About Jon
Jon Casey Watson began working for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in the firm's Williamsport office in March of 1999, handling Pennsylvania workers' compensation cases exclusively.
Casey has handled close to 1,000 workers' compensation cases since joining the firm. He has taken approximately 750 cases to trial, at least 200 of which resulting in defense verdicts. Roughly 400 of his cases ended in a decision or settlement significantly below the settlement demands.
Casey is a 1987 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He began his legal career in 1988, when he accepted a position as a paralegal with the law firm of Givler, Miller and Evers. Upon graduation from the Widener School of Law in 1994, Casey continued his work with Givler, Miller and Evers, litigating primarily workers' compensation cases in the central part of Pennsylvania.
