introduction
Mr. Kashani pursued his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Los Angeles. Thereafter, Mr. Kashani received his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law, holding multiple certificates and scholarships recognizing his aptitude and excellence in various subjects. While in law school, he clerked at various law firms, ranging from small to mid-size. Mr. Kashani is admitted to practice before the state courts of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
QUESTIONNAIRE
My goal is to fight for my clients no matter the odds. One of our recent wins dealt with a greedy insurance adjuster who tried to fool our client into a minimal settlement prior to us being engaged. They did a verbal release for $2,000 despite the fact that our client was in a lot of pain. We came on board and got our amazing client to one of the best surgeons in the area. It turned out that he needed both neck and back surgery as a result of the accident. The insurance kept saying the case was over because of the $2,000, but I kept at it. We filed suit, put significant pressure on opposing counsel and obtained a settlement of the policy limits of $1.25 million. It has changed our client's life, which makes it so worthwhile for our team at KashLegal.
How did you build a successful practice?At KashLegal, our clients are our family. I treat and respect everyone as they are my own parents or siblings. We are here to listen, console and help whenever, wherever. We are always here for you.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?A lawyer who can empathize. I have personally felt pain and know the long-lasting complaints that may linger from accidents. We keep up to date with medical journals and treatments and make sure that our clients are seen by only the best medical providers.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?It is extremely important for attorneys to be well-versed in not only California law, but equally important to be familiar with the local rules of each county. Our firm litigates matter throughout the beautiful state of California and all of the counties therein.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?We are not a law firm that thinks of its clients as a number. We limit our client intake in order to allow one-on-one care as well as direct access via text/cell to the attorneys and staff at KashLegal. What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?Helping people get the medical care they would have otherwise not been able to receive. Health is irreplaceable. It is my goal to make sure you are treating with doctors who can help resolve your injuries.
What are your other interests in addition to law?I love spending time playing with my wife and children, nephews and nieces. Family is what drives me. In addition, I love to play tennis, boxing and football and am an avid movie and music lover.
Are you involved in your community?Community is an extension of your family. We help with pro bono representation as well as donations to multiple causes throughout California.
