About Jonna

Jonna M. Spilbor is a popular attorney, columnist, and legal analyst appearing regularly on the Fox News Channel, the Fox Business Network and other cable news outlets. In the courtroom, she has handled hundreds of cases as a criminal defense attorney, and prior to that, also served in the San Diego City Attorney's Office, Criminal Division, and the Office of the United States Attorney in the Drug Task Force and Appellate units.  She is currently among the few elite attorneys in the Hudson Valley who is a member of the National College for DUI Defense.  

Jonna is a California death penalty scholar whose research has been published in the San Diego Justice Journal.  Her work with wayward youth earned her a certification as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in the San Diego Juvenile Court.  One year later, Jonna received special recognition by the San Diego bench for her work in the area of Three Strikes defense. She is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she was also a member of Law Review.
