Jordan’s practice is focused on the representation of for-profit and not-for-profit corporations in civil litigation, and he has successfully represented clients in trial and appellate courts throughout the Chicago area. He is also a skilled negotiator, and he has helped clients resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration.
In addition, Jordan is a member of the firm’s tort litigation practice group, and he has extensive experience representing clients in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice litigation. He has also represented hundreds of Illinois condominium and homeowner associations in litigation throughout the Chicago area.
Jordan has extensive experience representing clients in all stages of civil litigation, from pre-trial negotiations and discovery to trial and appeal. He understands that no two clients are alike, and he works with clients to develop legal strategies that are tailored to their specific needs.
Jordan believes strongly that communication is an essential component to effective legal representation.
