Jose Garcia is a trial lawyer operating out of Orlando, Florida. A graduate of the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, Mr. Garcia has been attorney in the Central Florida area since 2001. After admission to the Florida Bar, he served as an associate attorney for the Public Defender’s Office in Orange and Osceola County, Florida. His next opportunity was as an insurance defense attorney at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer. In 2005, he co-founded a plaintiff’s law firm where he provided services to individuals injured by the negligence of another.
