About Joseph
Joseph received an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1990 and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1993. He is admitted to the Bars of the State of New Jersey and the State of Pennsylvania since 1993. He served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Ralph V. Martin, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Passaic County.
Since completing the clerkship, his practice has been focused primarily in the area of civil litigation, specializing in personal injury and commercial litigation. He has over 14 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury claims. Joseph also focuses his practice on worker's compensation, landlord/ tenant and consumer fraud/lemon law matters, including the representation of municipalities in the defense of worker's compensation claims.
Joseph currently serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committee as an investigator for District V-C. He is also the Vice-President for Legal Affairs for the Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
