introduction
Mr. Peduzzi grew up in North Palm Beach, attending Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach. He completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
During law school, Mr. Peduzzi was a summer legal intern to the Honorable Ann E. Vitunac, United States Magistrate Judge. Mr. Peduzzi was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Academic Honor Society, and graduated with Honors in Juvenile Mediation.
Upon completion of law school, Mr. Peduzzi spent several years working for two insurance defense firms located in Miami and West Palm Beach. During this time, he gained valuable insight into how “the other side” handles claims.
In 2003, Mr. Peduzzi started his own firm handling insurance defense for two major insurance carriers. By 2005, Mr. Peduzzi decided that his skills would be better utilized representing the injured, as opposed to the insurance companies, and has been practicing plaintiff personal injury, exclusively, since that time.
Mr. Peduzzi is the recipient of numerous civic awards and commendations, having served as a board member and officer for several governmental, civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Peduzzi is the retired Chief of Volunteers / Deputy Fire Chief of North Palm Beach, where he also served as a Reserve Police Officer. He is the recipient of the Firefighter of the Year Award, the Chief Larry Joyce Award for Outstanding and Devoted Service, and the Police Officer of the Month Award.
Mr. Peduzzi is currently an elected City Commissioner in West Palm Beach, having previously served as Chair of the Nuisance Abatement Board, Vice Chair of the Criminal Justice Advisory Committee, and as a Member of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. Mr. Peduzzi lives in Ibis Golf & Country Club with his wife, Erin, and two daughters, Julia and Alexa, where he is a past Secretary and Member of the Board of Directors of the Property Owners Association.

There have been so many cases within the last year or two where I have had the opportunity to help others. In one particular case, a husband and father sustained a significant injury. It affected his ability to provide for his family. Thankfully, we were able to obtain a very favorable settlement for him. He is now able to provide for his family.
How did you build a successful practice?By treating my clients like family!
What should clients look for in a lawyer?You should look for a lawyer that you feel comfortable talking to. It is important that a lawyer is knowledgeable, and is respected by their peers and judges. Fortunately, my peers and local judges have reviewed me, and I have been awarded the prestigious AV Rating, the highest rating for both legal ability and ethics.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Local knowledge is very important, as I am very familiar with our roadways and businesses. Also, I have a large network of doctors to treat you for your injuries.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?There are a lot of lawyers who handle personal injury cases. I have benefited from the fact that I have handled cases as an insurance defense attorney, so I know how the “other side” operates. Also, I was a Reserve Police Officer for 10 years, and a volunteer Fire Chief for 20 years. I really understand car accidents and personal injury cases! In addition, I have been awarded the prestigious AV-Rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating for both legal ability and ethics, and I am a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?I have devoted my life to helping people, and I am able to do this every day through my law practice!
What are your other interests in addition to law?I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, boating and exploring!
Are you involved in your community?I am currently an elected city commissioner in West Palm Beach, Florida. I have served on numerous charitable and civic boards. I am a former volunteer fire chief, and reserve police officer.
