About Joseph

Joseph S. Thomas was born on May 14, 1983 in Fort Pierce, Florida, and lived in St. Lucie County until graduating from high school in 2001, at which time he moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida.  He earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance three years later (2004), and enrolled at UF's Levin College of Law the following semester. Joseph earned his J.D. in May of 2007, and was admitted to the Florida Bar the following September.

Joseph worked as a summer associate with McLin & Burnsed during the summer of 2006 and joined the firm full-time in August of 2007, upon completion of the July bar examination. He works in The Villages at the Laurel Manor office and  practices Real Estate, Commercial Transaction Law, Corporate Formation, Governance, and Dissolution, and Partnerships/LLCs with partner Jeff Skates.
