About Joshua
Josh joined Eric M. Glasson and Associates after graduating Magna Cum Laude from DePaul University College of Law. Josh has experience working on a variety of cases including motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, premises liability, construction accidents, child sexual abuse cases, Dram Shop lawsuits against negligent alcohol providers, contract disputes, police misconduct, medical malpractice, insurance coverage issues, and more.
Josh prides himself in assisting his clients in some of the most difficult times of their lives by doing all he can to help them put their lives back together after serious accidents. Josh has first chair jury-trial experience and and has won cases at arbitration countless times. He has received favorable jury verdicts in Cook County’s Law Division.
