Ms. Procopio became associated with the Firm in December 2005, joining the Real Estate Department with Anthony Montalbano and Brian J. Quinn. Ms. Procopio concentrates on commercial real estate and residential real estate.

Prior to joining the Firm, she was an associate at the Law Offices of Michael Starvaggi, P.C.

Ms. Procopio graduated from Western New England, Springfield, Massachusetts, B.A., 1980, magna cum laude, and Pace Law School, White Plains, New York, J.D., 2004, cum laude; Ranking Scholar, spring 2003 and spring 2004. She received numerous scholarship and fellowship awards including the Westchester Women's Bar Association Foundation Scholarship, 2001; the Charles H. Revson Law Student Public Interest Fellowship, 2001; Merit Scholarship Awards, 2001-2004; and the New Rochelle Bar Association Scholarship, 2004.

Ms. Procopio is an active participant in many community organizations. She is a religious education teacher and participant of the Family Program of St. Anthony's Church in Nanuet. In the past Ms. Procopio served as the President, Vice President, and Secretary of the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce and a member of its Board of Directors.

She is admitted to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Rockland County Bar Association.
