Mr. Amoni has been practicing law since 1977, is a member of the Illinois State Bar and Federal Trial Bar. Mr. Amoni has a Top 100 Illinois Trial Attorneys rating (American Trial Attorneys Association). Mr. Amoni has been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer, and is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Scott G. Richmond is an accomplished Illinois attorney with a broad practice focused on complex legal matters affecting individuals, businesses, property owners, and organizations. His work includes commercial litigation, civil litigation, landlord and tenant matters, personal injury and wrongful death claims, collections, employment matters, and real estate disputes. He also represents clients in zoning and land use matters, homeowner and condominium association matters, and general counsel services. Mr. Richmond has been licensed to practice in Illinois since 1995 and is also admitted before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and graduated with high honors from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. His professional recognition includes selection as a Leading Lawyer since 2014 and a Super Lawyer since 2021. Mr. Richmond has also maintained extensive involvement in professional, civic, and charitable organizations throughout the Fox Valley area. He has served as a Village Trustee for South Elgin, as General Counsel to the Kane County Bar Association, and as a member of the association's Board of Managers. His leadership experience includes service on the boards of St. Charles Bank & Trust Company, Advocate Sherman Hospital, and Food for Greater Elgin, where he previously served as Chairman.
