QUESTIONNAIRE
We handle the difficult to routine first time dwi and criminal arrest. We recently have obtained victories in a variety of complex DWI cases that involve blood testing, the lack of serious physical injury which ,must be proven to prove criminal prosecution. We have avoided criminal records for a variety of clients and obtained traffic offense convictions to save their professional licenses and allow them to graduate with professional degrees in pharmacy, physical therapy, medicine and law.
How did you build a successful practice?We are available 24/7 and personally respond to every call not matter the time of day. We craft individual defense strategies for each client.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Years of experience, being well known in and around the courts, reputation for not backing down and going the extra mile for our clients.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?It is critical and one of the reasons why we succeed where other lawyers do not. We are all former prosecutor, have known and trained may of the sitting judges, or have worked with them when they were in private practice.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?We gather all the important facts and often advise client's or their families at the time of arrest while their loved one is in police custody. We provide clear, understandable advice based on the presented facts and circumstances.
