She has over a decade of experience representing individuals and businesses in general commercial matters, probate, and estate planning. Ms. Carlow also spent two years with the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department handling property and commercial tax matters.

She is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, with distinction, and has a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver.
Ms. Carlow is a member of the California and New Mexico Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
