We know how trying divorce and other family law matters can be, and that most people may feel lost or overwhelmed when they come to us. This is why one of our first steps with every new client is to educate him or her about the process that he or she is about to enter into. We believe that an educated client is a true asset in the successful resolution of family law matters.
Choosing the right approach to resolving a problem can be critical. Attorney Kathleen Fox is a trained mediator who is currently seeking her certification. Both Kathleen and Debra have participated in multiple mediations, so we understand the value of mediation and negotiation in resolving family law matters. We also understand that some problems cannot be talked through. We bring decades of courtroom experience and skill to pursue effective resolutions when other means are not successful.
When you are facing the stress of divorce, it is important to have the confidence that your issues are a priority to your attorney. We understand that when questions arise or new developments occur which may impact your family and your divorce, you will want to be able to speak with your attorney as quickly as possible. This is why, when possible, we receive phone calls when they come in. When we are truly unavailable to take a client's phone call we return that call within 24 hours.
