At the environmental law firm of Kathleen P. Environmental litigation, while a significant and valuable service to our clients, is only one part of our law practice. Equally valuable to our clients, and to the community at large, is our work in bringing together diverse stakeholders. Ms. Clack worked to facilitate the transfer of 28,000 acres of former military property to civilian use. A multi layered group of people working toward a single goal within a complex legal framework: Federal Government, Local Agencies and Planning, Regulatory Agencies, Environmental Activists, Elected Representatives and Commercial Developers. Environmental and real property law was the glue, while divergent interests the challenge.
