About Kay Dee

Kay Dee Vierling is a member of the Creditor's Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group and the Litigation Practice Group.   In the area of Creditor's Rights and Bankruptcy, Ms. Vierling advises clients who are involved in creditor/debtor disputes. Ms. Vierling primarily works with creditors, however, she advises both individual and institutional creditors. Ms. Vierling also participates in creditor/debtor litigation and  bankruptcy cases. In the area of litigation, Ms. Vierling assists clients in various types of civil litigation depending on the needs of the particular client. Ms. Vierling has experience in this area due to her past employment with a commercial landlord that is known nationally. Ms. Vierling's experience as a law clerk in the civil court arena also helps her assist clients. Additionally, Ms. Vierling also gained significant experience while working as a Summer Associate with Krieg DeVault in the Summer of 2008.
