I was successful in overturning a sexual assault conviction in which my client was not given a fair trial wherein the trial judge excluded crucial exculpatory evidence. Ultimately, when the case was remanded back for a new trial-evidentiary hearing the charges were dismissed. In addition, just 3 weeks ago I was successful in having charges dismissed wherein my client was facing mandatory jail time. The District Attorney violated the Court's order by not providing discovery and thereby withholding key evidence, such as police reports, lab testing, witnesses statements etc.

Most of my clients come from word of mouth, which I attribute to (I believe) how hard I work to get the best possible resolution regarding clients' cases. As of January 2014 I became the Chief of the Fire Department wherein I am responsible for all fire fighting related matters including 35 active firefighters.
