Particular areas of expertise include the design, drafting and implementation of foreign and domestic asset protection trusts, charitable trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, special needs trusts, multi-generational dynasty trusts, stretch IRA inheritance trusts, family-controlled limited partnerships and limited liability companies, prenuptial agreements and private foundations. Mr. Codron also handles a wide array of business and commercial law matters.

Mr. Codron is licensed as an attorney in California (1982), Florida (1981) and New York (1980), and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, the Eleventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
