Cameron J. Windham is an associate attorney at Nicaud & Sunseri and has been with the firm since 2021. A Washington, DC native, Cameron studied English at Amherst College in Massachusetts and pitched on the varsity baseball team. He graduated from Tulane Law School in 2021 where he earned a certificate in sports law. Cameron was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in October of 2022. Cameron has primarily been handling Hurricane Ida claims since the storm devasted southern Louisiana in September of 2021. Additionally, he has worked on various family law matters and numerous disputes concerning small businesses. Born and raised in Metairie, Louisiana, Carmen Liriano always knew she wanted to help the people in her community. She graduated from Louisiana State University, came back home to complete a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and then returned to LSU to obtain her law degree. Christopher Robles has been practicing law since 2015. Chris works in every aspect of residential and commercial real estate from examining title and handling title curative problems to preparing and issuing title policies and coordinating closings. Eugene Redmann is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. After attending Jesuit High School for two years, Gene graduated from O. Perry Walker High School in 1976. Gene worked in private business and then received a degree in accounting from Loyola University in 1988. He entered Loyola University School of Law in 1988 and graduated in 1991. Gene began clerking at the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans as a junior in law school in 1990 for the Honorable Gerald P. Fedoroff and continued there until 1992. Gene then went in to private practice, where he continues today. Gene comes from a distinguished line of lawyers. His father, the Honorable William V. Redmann, was a Court of Appeal Judge in New Orleans from 1967 until 1987 when he retired as Chief Judge due to health reasons. Two of Gene’s eight siblings are lawyers. More than 40 of Gene’s extended family are lawyers in the New Orleans area. Gene has been in private practice for the past 20 years. He has a wide practice, including personal injury, criminal and DWI cases and many traffic offense cases. Additionally, Gene handles divorce and family cases, civil matters and expungement of criminal records.

Eva has dedicated her legal practice to advocating for Louisiana’s most vulnerable residents. She graduated from Barnard College in 2016 and Tulane Law School in 2021. She began her career in legal aid as a staff attorney at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services where she represented survivors of intimate partner violence in civil cases in Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes. She then worked at Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center representing tenants facing eviction in Orleans Parish. She is excited to bring her passion for social justice and civil rights to Bizer & DeReus. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog Joni along Bayou St. John and cooking meals for her friends.

A native of New Orleans, Evan Breaux is the son of Darryl Breaux. Since his youth, Evan has known that he wanted to be an attorney like his father, Darryl, and his maternal grandfather, the late Clifford P. de Laup, Jr. While earning his Business Management degree at the University of New Orleans, Mr. Breaux worked part-time for his father, thus beginning his experience in the field of personal injury law. Mr. Breaux then worked as a law clerk for a Baton Rouge mixed litigation firm with a concentration in personal injury during his law school years. Soon after obtaining his Louisiana Bar license, Evan began working as an Associate Attorney at a well-known, large personal injury firm in New Orleans.
