About Kenneth
Kenneth G. Bartlett has been presenting cases of seriously injured clients to Connecticut juries since 1982. After graduating from Quinnipiac Law School in 1981, Attorney Bartlett was a law clerk at the Connecticut Supreme Court Building in Hartford, Connecticut.
After clerking, Mr. Bartlett spent five years doing extensive trial work before creating his own law firm; he was a partner at Solomon & Stanton in Meriden, CT (from 1982-1984) and later as a civil trial litigator for the Alan E. Silver, P.C. law firm in New Haven, Connecticut. He was the first attorney in Connecticut to successfully recover money for a victim of a sexual assault where it was alleged there was inadequate security. He has litigated Benedictine, DPT vaccine and silicone implant cases over the past twenty years.
Mr. Bartlett was awarded board-certified status as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) in 1984. To date, he has tried in excess of fifty jury personal injury to verdict. He was re-certified in 1989, 1994 and 2003. He has extensively written and lectured on selected legal topics over the past twenty years. He is a past planning co-chairperson and speaker for the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) on Medical Malpractice. Most recently, attorney Bartlett presented a paper to the worker's compensation section of the Connecticut Bar Association in March, 2004. His article on Screening Medical Malpractice Cases was published in Trial Magazine, a magazine with a national readership. A complete listing of his published articles may be accessed on the website.
As a long standing member of NBTA, Mr. Bartlett maintains a $1 million professional liability policy to insure protection of all clients.
