Mr. Paris has over 24 years' experience in both family law and civil litigation matters. He has received a Martindale-Hubbell top AV rating for attorneys and is vice president of Pearson & Paris, a prestigious law firm that emphasizes business law, real estate, civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, and estate planning and probate. He is recognized as a Top 100 trial lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers. Ken served as an Assistant Jefferson County Attorney from 1984 to 1990 during which time he worked primarily as a prosecuting attorney. Ken has been a Member of Conliffe, Sandmann & Sullivan, PLLC. continuously since 1984. Ken is certified as a “General Civil Mediator” by the Kentucky Court of Justice. Ken has received an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics. Ken was named a top lawyer by Louisville Magazine in the areas of Business Law, Construction Law and Environmental Law. Ken, his wife Sharon, and their four children are lifelong residents of Louisville, Kentucky.

When a person suffers an injury, it commonly causes problems extending far beyond the pain associated with the injury itself. My family instilled in me a strong work ethic and dedication to achievement. I competed in academic debate while attending Western Kentucky University. As the captain of the debate team I led the team from a national ranking of #165 to #4 in only two years. In Law School I competed in moot court and national negotiation competitions where again we achieved national recognition, placing eighth in the nation in moot court competition. I commit that same dedication to the work I perform for my clients. Since 1995, I have assisted people across the state of Kentucky and throughout the United States who have been injured and need guidance because of a variety of unfortunate circumstances. I have had the privilege to represent individuals and families, injured or killed due to dangerous products such as farm implements, coal mining machinery, elevators and firearms. I have litigated medical malpractice cases involving dental extractions, gallbladder removal, diabetic management, orthopedic surgery and emergency treatment and diagnosis of post surgical complications. I have represented clients suffering from chemical exposures including anhydrous ammonia and coal dust. I have concluded cases involving pharmaceutical mistakes involving errors with prescription medications, infusions, vaccination injury and intravenous administration. Kevin A. Osborne is the managing attorney with Ross Mann Personal Injury Lawyers. He is originally from eastern Kentucky and grew up in the town of Paintsville. Following his graduation from high school in 2007, Kevin attended Georgetown College, where he studied History and Political Science. After his graduation from Georgetown College in 2011, Kevin attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky. While in law school, Kevin clerked for a large regional defense firm in eastern Kentucky, where he gained valuable experience concerning the judicial system. Following law school, and after passing the Bar Examination in 2014, Kevin began his legal career as an associate attorney at the same defense firm he had previously clerked for. Kevin handled cases involving a wide array of subject areas including, but not limited to, governmental defense, sovereign and qualified immunity, medical malpractice defense. Additionally, Kevin represented numerous boards of education during his time in eastern Kentucky. In 2016, Kevin accepted a job with the Kentucky Education and Workforce Development Cabinet in Frankfort, Kentucky. During his time with the Cabinet, Kevin was heavily involved in the Kentucky Work Ready Skills Initiative grant. In 2018, Kevin returned to the private sector and accepted an associate attorney position with a large, regional law firm. In this role, Kevin exclusively represented individuals and families who had been victims of nursing home neglect or medical malpractice. Kevin personally handled hundreds of cases and was pleased to deliver justice for the victims and their families.
