Mr. Paris has over 24 years' experience in both family law and civil litigation matters. He has received a Martindale-Hubbell top AV rating for attorneys and is vice president of Pearson & Paris, a prestigious law firm that emphasizes business law, real estate, civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, and estate planning and probate. He is recognized as a Top 100 trial lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers. Mr. Paris has an extensive background in family law, civil litigation, criminal law and real estate matters, including all matters related to appellate issues, and he routinely advises on these matters. Mr. Paris was the senior prosecutor at the Park County District Attorney's Office, where he was responsible for handling everything from misdemeanor cases to serious felonies, including sexual assaults, white collar crimes and major violent crimes. Mr. Paris focuses primarily in the areas of family law, civil litigation, real estate and criminal law. Mr. Paris holds a B.S. in criminal justice and a Juris Doctorate degree in law and he has lectured frequently in the areas of trial advocacy.
