About Kevin

Kevin joined PMPRG in September 2006. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a law clerk to United States District Judge Arthur J. Tarnow in the Eastern District of Michigan.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2004.  Graduating in the top ten percent of his class, Kevin was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif. During law school, he participated in the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic, which represents Michigan prison inmates in civil rights actions brought in federal court. He also interned at the State Appellate Defender Office in Detroit and worked as a teaching assistant in trial advocacy. Kevin was the Firm's law clerk from May 2003 until August 2004.

Kevin is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, a cooperating attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan, and a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of Michigan.  For the past two years, he has been a member of the Michigan State Bar Labor and Employment Section Spring Seminar Planning Committee.  In 2007, along with other members of the firm, Kevin presented an employment case law update through the Pro Bono Committee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  He also participated in a panel discussion on practicing employment law at the University of Detroit Mercy Law School.  He regularly participates as a judge for the Wayne State University Moot Court program, legal writing program, and student trial legal advocacy program.

Kevin enjoys baseball, movies, and music.
