About Kevin

Kevin Franz received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland at College Park in 2001 and he received his Juris Doctorate degree from University of Miami School of Law in 2005.  Following law school, Mr. Franz clerked for the Honorable E. Allen Shepherd in the Circuit Court for Prince Georges County, Maryland.  Upon returning to Florida in late 2006, Mr. Franz focused his practice to areas of appellate practice, general litigation and contract law.  Mr. Franz is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Maryland , and to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  He is a member of the Dade-County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
