Kevin Lonergan has a reputation for handling complex litigation matters for clients with catastrophic injuries and for clients who have lost loved ones. Although most cases settle, he has a reputation for trying cases and has had a high percentage of cases where jury verdicts far exceeded the offers of the insurance company. He has handled several cases with payments exceeding a million dollars, and also has had cases with multi-million dollar results.

Kevin has been named the top personal injury and products liability attorney in the Fox Cities area. He has been named a "Super Lawyer" each and every year possible by a prominent statewide magazine, placing him in the top 5% of all attorneys in Wisconsin for each such year. In addition, Attorney Lonergan has been named a “Fellow” of the Wisconsin Law Foundation, an honor bestowed on only 2-1/2% of all practicing lawyers.

Attorney Lonergan has been very active in community-related activities, including radio and TV shows and past board membership for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Casa Clare Halfway House, and the Aces/Xavier Foundation. He is also actively involved in his church. Kevin is particularly proud of the twelve years that he spent working with high school students as the Attorney Coach for the Xavier High School Mock Trial Program. For nine of those years, his teams placed in the top five teams within the state, and Xavier earned state championship accolades in 2009, 2011, and 2012.
