About Kevin
Mr. Nerwinski is the managing member of the firm. He primarily represents our clients on business law matters including contracts, sales and acquisitions, and litigation. He currently serves as the Municipal Attorney for the Township of Lawrence (Mercer County) responsible for handling the legal business of the municipality that has a budget of more than $32 million dollars. He frequently appears before Municipal, State and Federal Courts of the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Nerwinski believes in the maxim, to get a job done, give it to a busy person. He has organized his complex legal practice in order to permit him to fulfill his commitment to giving back to the community. He is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association and volunteers in its Community Projects Committee. He also participates in the Innocence Project, an organization dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted people through DNA testing and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice.
