Kevin Barnes Piercy, Attorney

Mr. Piercy was born and raised in the Fresno area, where he now resides with his wife and children. While in law school, Mr. Piercy worked as a case manager for He also participated in USC Law’s International Refugee Assistance Project where he aided Afghani and Iraqi translators who served with the United States military to obtain asylum in the United States. Mr. Piercy is involved in local veterans’ organizations such as Veterans of Foreign War and Fresno State’s chapter of Omega Delta Sigma, the National Veterans Fraternity.

Mr. Piercy is an Associate Attorney at Raimondo | Miller where he provides assistance to clients in matters pertaining to employment law, wage and hour, and litigation.  His main areas of focus include: harassment and discrimination of all types, wage and hour claims, the Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), class actions, interactive process and reasonable accommodation, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Prior to joining Raimondo | Miller, Mr. Piercy received his JD from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and received his BA in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from California State University, Fresno. While in law school, Mr. Piercy worked as a case manager for USC Law’s International Refugee Assistance Project, where he aided Afghani and Iraqi translators who served with the United States military to obtain asylum in the United States. Mr. Piercy also served in the United States Army as a Human Intelligence Collector, and deployed to Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
