About Kevin
Kevin is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and University of Buffalo Law School. Kevin has always known he was going to be an attorney. Upon graduation from high school he began his career working full-time for a general practice law firm while also attending college fulltime. Being exposed to many areas of the law through his real-world experience he quickly knew that he wanted to be a trial lawyer. In law school he excelled in mock trial and moot court.
Upon graduation from law school, Kevin immediately began taking on difficult cases. Through his hard work and natural abilities in the courtroom he quickly proved himself as a talented litigator. Kevin enjoys being in a courtroom and being in front of a jury. He focuses a good deal of his time representing individuals accused of a crime but also adds to Cannon & Van Allen's personal injury practice with his proven trial skills.
Besides being a zealous and tireless advocate for his clients, Kevin enjoys golf, skiing and spending time with his 4 daughters and their wonderful mother Kara. Kevin is a member of New York State Defender's Association, New York State Bar Association (Past District Representative for the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section), Monroe County Bar Association and the Livingston County Bar Association (Past President).
