We settled a slip and fall at a private residence caused by a hidden step. Our client suffered 2 broken arms and despite several surgeries has permanent injuries. We settled the case for $130,000 of which $52,000 was attorney fees and $12,822.81 was in case expenses, for a net to client of $65,177.19. We settled a case in which a bicyclist was hit by a negligent driver. This client suffered broken bones and broken teeth and permanent scarring. We settled the case for $100,000 if which $33,333.33 was in attorney fees and $917.80 was in case expenses, for a net to client of $65,748.87. Division of several multi-million dollar estates, in which we were able to negotiate more than 50% of the estate for our clients.
