About Kimberly
Kimberly, a member of the Casualty Department, joined the firm in 2006 and practices in the areas of motor vehicle and premises liability.
Kimberly graduated, magna cum laude, from Villanova University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish. In 2005 she received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. While in law school, Kimberly served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Gregory M. Sleet in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and was manuscript editor of the Widener Law Review. During the summer of 2004, Kimberly worked for Rawle & Henderson's Commercial Motor Vehicle Section.
Following law school, she served as the law clerk to The Honorable Calvin L. Scott, Jr. in New Castle County Superior Court.
Kimberly is admitted to practice in the state courts of Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Courts of Delaware and New Jersey.
