Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I had a client who was facing a significant sentence in federal prison on arson charges. The government had DNA evidence and cell phone location evidence against my client. I was able to get the DNA evidence and cell phone evidence thrown out and the government had to dismiss the charges against my client.
How did you build a successful practice?
By taking the time to let each client know that they are important to me, that I care about them and fighting as hard as a I can for each of my clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Knowledge, experience, skill, creativity and passion. Clients should feel confident and comfortable not only that their lawyer knows what he is doing, but cares about his clients and what happens to them and will leave no stone unturned as he fights for them.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
After carefully listening to the facts and analyzing the law, I can develop a general strategy to deal with the legal case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
I need to have a basic understanding of the facts of the case and the parties involved.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I honestly care about my clients. I am competitive in nature and I like to win. I enjoy the practice of law and I like to help people in need with my talents.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Helping people who are in trouble and don't know where to turn or who can help them.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
My family.
