About Kristen
Ms. Szczech graduated from University of Miami where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Communications. Ms. Szczech was the recipient of the John Stanford Scholarship. Ms. Szczech was also inducted into the Sigma Tao Delta National Honor Society for academic excellence in English Literature.
Ms. Szczech graduated from Widener University School of Law where she received a Juris Doctorate. During law school Ms. Szczech interned for the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of Delaware. She also participated in the Advanced Trial Advocacy Program, Juvenile Justice Clinic and was vice president of the Business Law Society.
After graduation Ms. Szczech clerked for the Honorable George F. Rhode, Jr., Passaic County Superior Court of New Jersey. Subsequent to her clerkship, Ms. Szczech practice areas included civil litigation and Family Law and Municipal Law
Ms. Szczech is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
