Ms. Rothschild entered the realm of employment law by reviewing policies and procedures on behalf of Santa Barbara-area employers, primarily in the construction industry.  Recognizing the need for better education of the legal rights and responsibilities of both employers and employees, Ms. Rothschild joined Anticouni & Associates in 2009.  She primarily litigates cases involving medical disability discrimination and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour claims.  Ms. Rothschild is admitted to the California Bar, California Courts of Appeal, as well as the United States District Court.
