Drew Ben Hudgins, Esquire, has successfully represented injured people throughout Florida since 1982. Mr. Hudgins was born and grew up in Tampa, Florida, where he attended Gorrie Elementary, Wilson Junior High School and Jesuit High School. In 1978, he received his B.A. from Auburn University, and went on to attain his J.D. from Walter F. George School of Law Mercer University in 1981. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Colorado. In 1971, the Boy Scouts of America certified Mr. Hudgins as an Eagle Scout and he served as a Cub Master of Cub Pack 22 from 2008 to 2010 in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Hudgins served as Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scout Troop 22 Tampa Florida from 2012-2018. In 1986, the Florida Trial Lawyers Association (currently known as the Florida Justice Association) accepted Mr. Hudgins into the President’s Club. He was also honored to receive his Certificate of Achievement from the Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute in 2002. The American Trial Lawyers Association (currently known as American Justice Association) has designated Mr. Hudgins an Advocate and Fellow in the National College of Advocacy. Joel L. Piedra is a senior associate and manager of The Pendas law Firm Orlando office. He joined The Pendas Law Firm in 2009. Mr. Piedra is experienced in Personal Injury and Products Liability cases. He dedicates his practice to helping accident victims get a firm understanding of the legal process and their individual cases and assists clients in obtaining the maximum value for their claims either through settlements or trial.

Jonathan Foster is a Florida native who grew up in Orlando, Florida. Prior to law school, Jonathan attended the University of Central Florida, and was very involved in oral/written history projects regarding Veterans. In addition, he volunteered his time coaching 7th grade tackle football, worked in the childcare/education industry, and worked as a bartender in Sanford, FL. While in law school, Jonathan served on the 50th board of the Southern Regional Black Law Student Association as Moot Court Director, and also volunteered at a legal clinic assisting Veterans to obtain their disability benefits on appeal. Post-graduation, Jonathan worked at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, handling a variety of claims including auto negligence, trucking negligence, premises liability, and first party property. Jonathan then went on to work for a nationally known medical malpractice/nursing home defense law firm, defending for some of the largest medical companies in the United States. Jonathan enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time, however, receives the most joy by serving members of his community. Jonathan prides himself by being an organized and aggressive litigator to obtain the best result for his clients.

With over 25 years of experience, Wayne started out representing insurance companies as defense counsel. The insight he gained enabled him to advocate effectively on behalf of the injured parties with valid claims against insurance companies, other companies or individuals. Since 1993 he has represented "plaintiffs only" in personal injury, workers' compensation, disability, and wrongful termination/discrimination/retaliation cases. Attorney Bilsky graduated from the University of Florida with a BS/BA in Finance in 1986. He graduated from Law School at the University of Florida in 1989. While in session in Law School, Mr. Bilsky interned for a plaintiff's firm, specializing in Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation cases. Each summer break during law school, Mr. Bilsky worked in Orlando at different law firms, specializing in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury.
