Cases
Tsuhlares v. Adriatic Marine, LLC et al
Plaintiff: Attorney for the plaintiff, Jason Tsuhlares. The plaintiff filed a complaint against Adriatic Marine, LLC, Bailey's Catering, LLC. The case was a personal injury case in which the plaintiff alleges negligence by the defendant led to the plaintiff being injured. The case was assigned to Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle on June 1, 2016. A summons was issues to Adriatic Marine LLC and Bailey's Catering LLC on June 3, 2016. On June 7, 2016 a notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice was filed by the plaintiff.
Attorney represented himself in a case filed by his ex-wife. Curtis (attorney) was the Appellee in said case with Mrs. Curtis appealing a ruling from Trial Court. Appeals Court affirmed the original ruling, finding in favor of Lawrence Curtis.
