He is also admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Johns is an experienced trial lawyer who has handed civil appeals in both State and Federal Court and who practices in many legal areas including: personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, commercial/business/corporations, real estate, probate, and family law.
