How did you build a successful practice?
We focus on customer satisfaction and we do that by keeping the clients informed every step of the way. We also give our clients our cell phones and allow them access to us 7 days a week should they have any questions.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Someone who is going to treat your case like their own. We invest our own money into each case by advancing the costs for the clients and take the case on a contingency fee. We are the ones that have all the credit risk and are truly partners with our clients in each case.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge is not important at all to us since all of our cases are handled through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority or "FINRA" on a nationwide basis. A FINRA hearing in Boca Raton, Florida operates the same as a FINRA hearing in Boston, Massachusetts.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
Generally everything one needs to know. Is there a case, how long does it take, risks vs. reward and time line to the end.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
Typically a client should have a good grasp on what they lost money in, when this took place, the parties involved and the basic framework of their grievance.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
We advance costs and handle the cases on a contingency fee. Most firms don't do that and want the clients to bear all the risks.
